$100 or 25% of total non refundable deposit and signed contract is what saves your date. 50% of your total is due 30 days prior to event date and the balance is due in cash or by credit card 7 days prior. After contract is signed with total number of attendants the said amount is due even if attendants are not present. Hotel parking and tolls are not included in price and additional travel charges may apply.)
